By creating an account or using AffiliateAutomation.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements.
AffiliateAutomation.app helps you publish affiliate marketing videos to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your uploaded videos: video frames and audio are processed by OpenAI to identify products and generate transcripts, and detected product names are searched via Brave Search to locate Amazon listings. AI features are clearly part of the Service, and by using it you acknowledge that your content is processed by AI systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output — including detected product names, ASINs, affiliate links, transcripts, and suggested captions — may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misidentify products. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate AI output, including incorrect affiliate links or misidentified products.
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your affiliate marketing activity, including:
You may not use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to spam or harass; to promote products you are not authorized to promote; or to violate any third-party platform's terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service depends on third parties (Meta, OpenAI, Brave, Amazon, Supabase). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, changes to their terms, or actions they take (such as Meta restricting your account or Amazon closing your Associates account).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will generate any revenue for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffiliateAutomation.app and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Sections 4, 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
